Fintechsetu provides PolicyMind AI, an AI-powered Management Information System (MIS) designed for insurance professionals including brokers, aggregators, consolidators, and fintech companies. Our Services include:

• AI-powered policy document reading and data extraction
• Automated renewal tracking and notifications
• Policy management and organization tools
• Analytics and reporting dashboards
• Client and commission management features
• API integrations for enterprise clients

4. Subscription and Account

4.1 Account Registration

To access our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Subscription Plans

Our Services are offered on a subscription basis. The features, limitations, and pricing of each subscription plan are detailed on our website or as communicated during the registration process. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial period, your account will be converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6.1 Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through various methods including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other payment gateways as available on our platform.

6.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal fee.

6.4 Late Payments

If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services until payment is received.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content, are the exclusive property of Fintechsetu and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.

7.2 Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to our platform. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability and Support

9.1 Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services and may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.

9.2 Support

Technical support is provided based on your subscription plan. Support requests can be submitted via email or through our platform's support system.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Fintechsetu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services
• Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities resulting from the use or inability to use our Services
• The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fintechsetu, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any data or content you upload to the platform

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
• We may discontinue the Services with reasonable notice to users

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on data handling after termination.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
